Patients may have one or more of the following symptoms:
- A non-healing ulcer, which may be painless/painful
- Swellings in the gums, palate, or tongue
- Loose teeth
- Inability to wear the denture properly.
- Difficulty in chewing and swallowing
- Pain while swallowing
- Blood in saliva
- Lump/s in the neck
- Pain in ear
- A white patch (Leukoplakia) or a red patch (Erythroplakia) on the buccal mucosa
